Today I met this amazing young lady (sarah outen) while working out on the road in -10 degrees. She helped a member of the public who had broken down and had been out in the freezing weather for some hours, had she not helped this person would have got seriously ill with hypothermia. Sarah stopped put the person in her vehicle and gave the person a blanket and food until help arrived. This is a act of kindness rarely seen these days, so my thanks go out to you Sarah and I wish you all the best on your next venture.

Thanks for a great talk last night in Shipham. Lovely to meet you, you are an inspiration to all ages even a middle aged cycle tourist like me. Stay positive and you will ride out any down times just like the waves.
