Listen to my latest phonecast
What a fabulously cheery phonecast!! As today is my birthday, it was like a present! Thank you!! I’m glad your day has been so lovely!

So pleased to hear your weather as good as ours. Raspberries picked from the garden for breakfast (don’t get grand ideas we have on bush and it is sitting in exactly the wrong place but daren’t move it as all other attempts at raspberry growing were doomed to failure, ditto rhubarb!!) Did you know it is turning out to be the most marvellous year for roses in England? so perhaps you can picture an Eng garden now! Happy rowing! Love Lou and Ray
P S – would like my next challenge to be walking the via Francigena – pilgrim route from Canterbury to Rome but fear would have to do it in stages or family and cats would rebel (and not going for it in one hit would seem bit weedy)
From the sound of your voice and the feel of your attitude, it sounds like you’ve only been out there for an afternoon. You’re ability to stay remarkably sane….is insane!
May you revel in your glorious day.
We are all smiling with you.
Love and good vibes,

Glad to hear your latest reports and to hear how much wildlife you have seen and progress made, what an experience. Now back to be able to send you messages again after a few days away.
Keep up the good rowing and we are so glad you can see the horizon again.
Take care and happy rowing
