Sarah, I’m so sorry today was such a slog. I guess no matter where one is in the world, or what one might be doing, there are times that just whip the spirits…
I send you virtual, cyberspace (((HUGS))) and many smoochies from my two Pit Bulls – Baylor and Casey Sparkles!!
Better days ARE coming for you and Happy Socks!! 🙂
The positive side of all this, and of every day, is that you are still you, ….and many more have taken up following you and your journey…not just around the world, but through your humanness as well.

Hi Sarah!
Just composing myself before Mary’s exercise class & thinking of you with a full on real exercise day, night & day. Really good to hear your voice again- your sense of fun & practical determination. Thinking of you as you venture over the ocean, hoping the weather improves for you!
Love Judithxxx
Thanks Judith,
I often think of you all at Mary’s bouncing up and down and sweating you’re hearts outs. Enjoy the AC, we don’t get that out here…
