Sarah, I’m so sorry today was such a slog. I guess no matter where one is in the world, or what one might be doing, there are times that just whip the spirits…

Better days ARE coming for you and Happy Socks!! 🙂

The positive side of all this, and of every day, is that you are still you, ….and many more have taken up following you and your journey…not just around the world, but through your humanness as well.
hisarah, hearing your phonecast today I was a bit startled by the fog thing,i had no idea fog could occur that far out to sea, what causes it?fascinating, glad you sound in such good spirits even with your back and forth going on,bit jealous of the venison stew also, having a cheese bun right now………….
Just composing myself before Mary’s exercise class & thinking of you with a full on real exercise day, night & day. Really good to hear your voice again- your sense of fun & practical determination. Thinking of you as you venture over the ocean, hoping the weather improves for you!
I often think of you all at Mary’s bouncing up and down and sweating you’re hearts outs. Enjoy the AC, we don’t get that out here…
