Not liking the “capsize” word at all…not one little bit. I can’t imagine that it would ever get any easier. But so impressed that you manage to find your equilibrium and end your day “happier than it started!” Bravo!!

You’re so absolutely right, Sarah – you’ve learned to control your thoughts and emotions, and to manage your response to situations. That will stand you in such good stead, on the ocean and on dry land. Keep on keeping on!! 🙂
hi sarah, huge relief that you came through the capsize intact, itisaconstant marvel to me that your phonecasts reflect on these setbacks in such a positive and upbeat fashion when those of us in much more cushy circumstances get bent out of shape by missing a bus!your sense of perspective is a constant inspiration against the daily grind and I feel sure that for many of us following your progress your reports act as a real reality check if we start feeling sorry for ourselves over some tiny thing or other, you really do lift things up,much appreciated!stay safe and look out for yourself,in continued awe,ian
