I think the UK has sympathetic weather….and I have seen stuff like you described in your locker in many a student’s fridge! No wonder we produce so many adventurers, we have all the prerequisite conditions here on our doorstep… but the courage that you show is exceptional Sarah and no doubt, the love for your Dad and you r Mum spurs you on. Big shout out for parents everywhere.
great message today. I don’t have a rope long enough to tug you out of that circulatory pattern, hope winds change otherwise, think of another direction North or South to pull you out of the circling pattern. My father died when I was young, and, ironically I started travelling almost immediately and never really stopped. I look forward to see you as you pass near the great lakes sometimes in the near future.
You certainly do come up with surprises, but you still cope admirably. Hope the weather soon improves for you, just wish the winds would do as they are told.
I too will toast your Dad and of course your Mum, it was a great pleasure to know him all those years ago and more so your Mum nowadays. Your Dad could certainly try the different accents out.
Take care and a big hug, glad you found the ginger nuts and hope that things improve for you.

Those ‘dead’ days can be as daunting as the opposite, eh?
(“eh”….just getting you ready for Canada).
I raise my glass of blueberry green tea to both you and your Dad! After reading your book, I know what an inspiration he was to you…

Keep going Sarah. You are a real inspiration to everyone taking on big challenges. That patch of ocean must like you very much!
Keep up the good work Sarah! Thinking of you. Dave Mitchell of Perth, Australia.
June 16 is Father’s day: here’s to Dads everywhere, wherever they are.
Hope you manage to trajectory out of the dot to dot pattern Sarah.
With such respect, thank you for toasting all the Dads out there (sea creatures included!). My wonderful mentor left our good Earth 10 years ago. Yours will be immensely proud! Keep on Keeping on! See you in Canada (got a few friends to give you a room for the night on your journey from West to East!).
With tons of respect,
Dale, Etsuko and Nell McClare
Sending you big love always!
I love it how you stay so positive! Thanks for the inspiration Sarah. You’re my hero.
I just finished a measly little marathon but you make me want something bigger: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8CMf5DF8K8U
