Glad to hear you are in top form Sarah! Am sure the storm will soon be past and you, Chimpy and Happy Socks victorious. Will you be reading ‘Winnie the Pooh and the Windy Day’ I wonder??
Enjoy your sweet treats and looking forward to your next post!
“This too shall pass” was something my Dad quoted to me often as I was growing up…I know it’s something you say to yourself each and every time you encounter difficulty along your adventure – in particular stormy seas. How true it is though!
So glad to hear that you’ve made ready…Happy Socks, Chimpy, playlist, poetry and Pooh!! Ahh…Pooh – ever calming, ever positive Pooh!
Hope you were able to listen in on your brother’s wedding ceremony! The wonders of modern technology, huh?!
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers…you and Happy Socks stay safe and take good care of each other!
So glad that you managed to listen into the wedding. Do hope the next lot of bother with the weather won’t be as troublesome as you feared but knowing you you will cope and come out smiling. The joy in your voice with those sherbert lemons, they were certainly making my mouth water.
Take care, happy reading and listening while you are forced to take this extra rest, hope its not too uncomfortable.
Happy Socks will take care of you. You and Chimpy hunker down and just keep concentrating on Adak. Pooh and poetry…..sounds like a good combo!
Stay positive and know many folks are thinking about you! Good to hear you laugh!
hi sarah, happy 100th phonecast!!!!!got it all crossed for the oncoming stuff, with chimpy and happy socks in your corner you’ll not want for in situ support and EVERYONE will be willing you on in safety, the sherbert lemon rationing sounds like a good plan,co incedently I was at my nieces wedding yesterday complete with her little boy sam dressed as batman!seemed a bit surreal at times but hey, that’s how weddings go,hope lucy was able to provide a consistent link to the proceedings and that they will save you some cake!for now though really hoping things don’t get too rough and the trio get some sunshine and fair weather soonest!
