Hey Sarah,
The Beaufort Scale warns that at 51.8 mph you had better protect your “chimney pots and slates” from a strong gale….you should be okay then…lol. It looks like you’re making a lovely necklace design on the tracker during the “cabin marathon”. Hoping you will be back rowing soon…john, Lake Ontario GO S & G
Nature rages but she can also fall into a lull. I guess your cabin feels like a tumble dryer at the moment. No need for perfume, just deep breathing then sing your favourite song as loudly as you like. We are holding you close sarah – all of us xxx Susie and the SISTERs
Hi Sarah
Glad to hear your voice and know you are safe!!
Yesterday, Koei painted a nice picture of you and gulliver on the calm blue sea with the sun rising in the pink sky!!
That morning will come soon!

Ian’s message says most of our thought, just so glad that you and Gulliver are safe. Hope you will be able to get your Ipod fixed, just wish we could send you a new one out. No matter what you have been thrown, you have manged and sorted it so well, so many folks admire you so much.
Do take great care and hopefully you will be back rowing in the near future. Your blogs and messages are really great and start the day off well.
Best wishes for many miles in favourable conditions and the right direction
It is great to see you are in good spirit, I am envious of your moments with the sharks and dolphins, your just so lucky.
The mileage you have covered is fantastic, a few days off doing a bit of cooking etc etc will be a good rest for you if the wind does pick up, I hope your weather man is better than ours, but then again Fred is Fred. Sleep tight because you deserve it!!!!
