Hi Sarah!
We love to hear of your journeys. I’m also glad that I can stay in my little red house and watch the computer screen. I wouldn’t be able to do what you’re doing.
At least your bike came back in one piece. My friend lost hers in Oakham and eventually found it in a bush rather worst for wear!!! Looking forward to the next installment. Well done so far. Keep seeing your mum out walking and all is well here.
Yes, very upsetting when something’s stolen – especially a bike that’s taken you thousands of miles, and has yet to take you thousands more miles.
So somebody ‘lost’ their bike in Oakham? Doesn’t surprise me. Sadly, the town is looking worse for wear these days, glad I left when I did. All these young hooligans have taken it over. Sorry if this upsets the locals, but it needs saying – and I’m sure many agree with my prognosis (even if they’re afraid to do so). Ah, well…
Amy – Chinese wildlife rather scarce though close encounter with massive spider yesterday. As big as my hand! Will pop some photos up next chance.pleased to report my white knees all sunned and muddy after the new shorts too.
Belinda-Would love some of that rain. Please send some my way! 40+ degrees here and very sandy and grimy.
Sarah B – I was pretty close to it… Only later I found he had nicked my mat too.
