Wow Sarah! and there was me moaning on my bike about the wind coming onshore at Burnham on Sea…. This planet of ours puts obstacles in the way just to make the challenge a bit more fun… resistance training – good; skin sand-blasting preparations – excellent; sleep depravation conditioning – top class; all the prep you need to row that ocean when you reach the coast 🙂 Still hear that whistle blowing behind you? xxxx Amazing Sarah, just amazing
I’m not quite sure which has impressed me more, the food you are eating with such gusto or the winds you are having to slog against. One thing for sure, your sunny, positive disposition is marvelous. May the winds be at your back.
Susie I think of that film often – great shout. Today was a slow windy day too though cold and wet instead of hot and dusty and filled with muddy mountains.
hi Sarah, just back from 2 weeks sailing, wind on the nose pretty much everywhere we went, but for us it just meant a change of itinerary!! Glad you are still grinning, nowhere better in the world than right where you are at this minute. Stay strong!
Best wishes
Sarah
When the going gets tough! The tough get going! Well done Sarah. Keep battling away!
