I am chuffed to be Patron for this boob-checking, life-saving, fun-loving organisation who work to empower men and women to know their boobs and prevent late diagnoses of breast cancer. If you do nothing else after reading this, please check your boobs for anything unusual.
Hailing from the same area in which this wonderful young charity works, I am a proud ambassador for Inspire Plus. They work to improve young peoples’ lives through sport, using leadership, PE and games and competitions to encourage youngsters to lead healthier lives.
I have fond memories of staying in YHAs over the years for a mix of work and fun and am delighted to be involved with the organisation now as an Ambassador, supporting its aims of enabling more people to access the outdoors and affordable breaks. They also do great work with young people.
This marvellous Wiltshire-Based charity provides structured outdoor-based development programmes for children who otherwise might slip off the radar or get into (or further into) trouble. Quite literally magic and I am very happy to be an ambassador for them.
JST is all about providing accessible adventurous sailing opportunities aboard their iconic tall ships Nelson and Tenacious, regardless of physical ability. Being that my late Dad was disabled by crippling arthritis, I am very proud to be a Vice Patron for this global charity.
